Seas It teams up with adults fighting cancer to coordinate and fund activities that shift their focus from illness to wellness. Whether it is kayaking, yoga, cooking or writing workshops, Seas It connects cancer patients and their familial caregivers to activities that foster vitality and a sense of control.

Seas It also hosts nationwide water sports competitions, yoga workshops, and running and cycling races to raise funds for cancer patients and caregivers and bring awareness to the physical and emotional benefits of activity while fighting cancer. The Seas It competitions promote camaraderie and create a community to offer further support in the fight against cancer.
